She travels overseas extensively researching market trends and shopping the global fashion retailers, specialising in forecasting fashion trends and developing fashion ranges, in Australia, China, HK and Taiwan, to suit the Australian and New Zealand markets. Sarah is the female judge on the hit TV series Project Runway Australia.
